Fixes only this week:

• Fixed an issue where non-mobility users were unable to edit descriptions or add comments to tickets they created.
• Fixed an issue where comments on shared plans were inaccessible to certain user roles.
• Fixed an issue on initiation forms where the organization type was not appearing.
