Product Improvements
- We have introduced a feature that supports batch creation of service orders, as a one time event, for when you move to Workia and want to connect all your existing cases to the existing cases in vendor systems.
Fixes
- Fixed an issue where email templates could not be selected when selecting reply all to an email.
- Fixed an issue where it was possible for duplicate tickets to be created when using the ticket creation email.
- Fixed an issue with expense violations not refreshing immediately when updating settings.
