Product Improvements

• You can now attach multiple supporting documents to a single DocuSign envelope when sending e-signature documents.
• The tickets screen now shows Create Date in its list.
• The Employee "Country" field now defaults to the case's Origin Country when initiating a case with Vialto.
• Updated the wording of disclaimers anywhere AI is used (again).
• Added a new route from Katowice, Poland to Lisbon, Portugal in the AIRINC datasets.
• Added Songdo, South Korea as an origin and destination option.

Fixes

• Resolved an issue preventing tickets from being linked to Mobility Cases.
• Fixed an issue where Task History did not display the correct group name or update timestamps.
• We fixed an issue causing SSO login to fail when using Workia for Outlook with SSO.
