New Feature: Static PDF Attachments for Email Templates

• You can now add static documents to Email Templates. Documents configured on a template are automatically attached when the template is selected, ensuring the right supporting materials are included every time. Attachments can still be removed from individual emails without affecting the template, and manual attachments still work as before.

Product Improvements

• Added the ability to enter, import and export Expense Codes, making it easier to manage and report on employee expenses data.
• Added two new Expense Violation types, so you can enforce category-specific spending limits and configure expenses to be submitted within a set number of days from the case start date.
• Added "Payment Type" and "Approved for Payment" fields to the Allowance section in Advanced Reporting, for improved reporting and filtering.
• Added an "Additional Instructions" field to the Deloitte Service Initiation Wizard, enabling service-specific instructions for Tax and Immigration to be passed via the API.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue that was causing checklists to load slowly on case records.
