New Feature: Workia AI Assistant
- You now have access to the Workia AI Assistant.
- The Workia AI Assistant can create, find and update data on mobility cases, tasks, tickets and approvals, create communications and deliver insights.
- For those who want greater control of AI use, new on/off switches have been added. Go to settings > admin > company info > AI Tools.
Product Improvements
- Added a Settings page for Case Approval Templates, allowing you to configure approval workflows and manage template parameters.
- Improved the Case Approval Templates feature by allowing you to reorder approval template types in the Manage Approval Types screen.
- Added the ability to download Calculation Results in a formatted .xlsx file looking similar to the downloaded .pdf view.
- Supported Immigration Expiry Date as an alternate unique identifier for Import updates, improving flexibility in data management.
Fixes
- Fixed an issue where cases in Cancelled status would incorrectly appear in the calendar view.
Workia Mobility App Updates
- Version 1.1.14 is available from 31 July 2026 for iOS and Android
- We've updated MFA setup experience.
- We've fixed a couple of minor UI bugs.
