​New Feature: Workia SSO Enhancements

• Workia now supports simplified SSO configuration with two significant updates. You can upload and download metadata files for SSO setup, allowing non-technical users to efficiently integrate with their identity provider without manually entering configuration values. Additionally, the platform now tracks SSO certificate expiration dates and provides visibility into these details. Alerts will notify you as certificates near expiration, helping prevent unexpected authentication issues. All admins will be sent an email notification 3,2, and 1 month before SSO certificate expiry date to help make sure there are no disruptions in SSO authentication for users.

Product Improvements

• Updated the communication section in Talent Opportunity Plans so that when you choose Email, only the AI email writer template is available and Mobility Case email templates no longer appear.
• Granted Mobility Users view-only access to the Company Documents page via their landing page. They can now see all company documents without the ability to edit or manage templates.
• Added the ability for Workia Admins to control the frequency of Workday API update checks (options from every 1–24 hours or every 2–3 days) to better manage API load.
• Enhanced the Subscription page to display calculation credit usage, adding a "View Usage" button and detailed tabs for case and compensation usage tracking.
