​New Feature: Multiple Scenarios in Talent Optimization Plans

• You can now manage multiple scenarios within a single Talent Opportunity Plan (TOP). After initiating a plan, the selected scenario types define what options the Mobility team can create. Mobility and Admin users can add or edit scenarios directly from the scenario section, using a streamlined interface similar to independent scenario creation. This improvement also includes better handling of cost estimates, titles, and warnings when scenarios are updated or added.

Product Improvements

• Added salary cap logic to hardship allowance and housing and utilities deduction aligning its configuration with COLA for consistent application across compensation elements.
• Enhanced Mercer import to include Effective Date in the data preview for Bring Your Own Data (BYOD), supporting both ICS and GHRM file formats. Please note that this will only work on new files, not files that have already been uploaded.
• Updated ServiceNow outbound integration to use partial push updates, preventing overwrites of assigned fields like Caller and Assignee. Changes now sync incrementally, with retries for failed pushes and better handling of disconnected tenants.

Fixes

• Resolved issue with the sort feature in reports where users previously encountered a “preview not available” error.
• Improved AI Assistant prompt logic to clearly distinguish between Workia IDs and Employee IDs, reducing confusion for end users.
• Fixed SSO last sign-in tracking so that user activity is accurately logged for single sign-on users.
• Updated behavior for deactivated users in SSO to ensure they cannot access Workia with any login method once deactivated.
