​Product Improvements

• Updated the AI Assistant so that it opens the Help chat when it cannot answer a query, pre-populating it with their question.
• Enabled personalized email subject lines by adding support for merge tags in all email template types (Case, Ticket, and Service).
• Improved Compensation Calculations by prompting users to confirm the Effective Date, Calculation Title and Reason before creation, to ensure the correct salary and bonus are used.

Fixes

• Resolved an issue where tasks marked “Not Applicable” were still appearing on task lists, calendars and dashboards.
• Fixed an issue where opening a dependent's record created unnecessary blank passport fields. New fields now only appear when adding a second passport.
• Corrected Scenario Plans to display correctly when shared with another user.
• Fixed an error relating to salary caps on hardship and housing deductions in Cost Estimates.
