New Feature: Trusted Sender Notice

• Emails* sent from Workia now include a configurable Trusted Sender Message. Administrators can edit the content, add links and choose whether it displays as a header or footer. (*Not yet all emails, we found we missed some automated notifications - we'll fix them in the next release)

Product Improvements

• Added last sign-in dates for all users, including one-time or non-registered users, such as approvers. Admin Users can view sign-in details and send or resend invites from the Manage Team page.
• Added Ticket Owner and Ticket Requestor as recipient options in Ticket Email Templates and removed the non-required Mobility Case Contact option.
• Updated AIRINC Data for October 2026.
• Updated the Equus Tax Engine to version 26.5.
• Added celebratory confetti when a user completes a Case Milestone!

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where configurable values, such as checklist tasks, appeared blank when switched to non-English languages. Values now display as entered, preventing empty rows.
