Product Improvements

• Enhanced AIRINC line items in cost estimates with new customization options, configurable at template level:

1. Per Diem: Include or exclude laundry, personal care, at-home meals, restaurant meals, and hotel costs, and set the number of meals per day.
2. Local Transportation (formerly Rental Car Allowance): Select public transportation/taxi, rental car with fuel, or rental car without fuel.
3. Education Allowance: Set the number of school-age children.
4. Pre-Move Trip: Select housing type (hotel or corporate apartment), number and type of meals, car rental, fuel, and number of accompanying family members.
5. Temporary Living: Select housing type (hotel or corporate apartment), number and type of meals, car rental, and fuel.
6. Destination Services: Set the number of service days, with costs adjusted from AIRINC’s default two-day rate.

• Updated Cost Estimate views and reports to show details of how the Net Incremental Cost is calculated.
• Added sorting by Type, Due Date, Creation Date and Related Case on the Tasks page (Admin/Mobility/Collaborator roles) and Actions page (Stakeholder roles), making it easier to find and manage work.
• Added a “Line Item and Payroll Totals” option in Advanced Reporting, under Compensation Calculations. For Split Pay scenarios, this displays all line items and their totals for each payroll as single columns, supporting accurate shadow pay reporting.
• Added Spanish language support, allowing users to view and use Workia in Spanish.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where total and accompanying family size fields were displaying as required when they were not configured as required in Initiation Settings.
