Workia Release Notes — 20261023.3
New feature: Work Patterns for Rotator and Commuter Case Types
- You can now record Work Patterns for Commuter and Rotator case types, showing how an employee's time is divided between origin and destination locations. The new Work Patterns section appears under General Information, allowing multiple dated records with percentage splits. Users can add, edit, or delete patterns, while read-only users can view them. Work patterns can also be added to Additional Fields in initiations, included in reporting, and used in merge documents. This supports future use in cost estimation and tax calculations.
Product Improvements
- Added a new Expense Reports export option allowing export by individual expenses in addition to full reports. The export includes detailed fields such as category, report status, merchant, original amount, and approvers, enabling more granular reporting on expenses.
- Enhanced the Expenses Violation Settings by introducing the ability to define date-based violations per expense category, providing more granular control.
Fixes
- Resolved a problem where the AI agent became unresponsive on slow network connections; now messages and controls behave normally even during delay conditions.
- Fixed a defect where subtask checklist templates were reverting ownership to the case owner instead of keeping the assigned task owner.
- Corrected an issue where email contacts at initiation had missing first and last names, ensuring all contact fields are populated as expected.
