​New Feature: Commuter Cost Estimates

• We added a new Commuter Cost Estimate Template for Commuter and Rotator case types, supporting calculations for split-country work patterns.
• The cost estimate pulls the most recent work pattern from the case's General Information section, or prompts the user to add one where none exists. The proportion of time spent in each country is displayed on outputs and exportable reports.

Product Improvements

• Adding a registered contact to a supplier service card now automatically adds them as a Supplier Contact on the related case.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where comments made on documents in the Services card were not visible to the recipient when tagged with @mentions.
• Resolved an issue where exporting Services from the People screen produced blank files.
• Corrected ticket email notifications so that all mentioned and relevant users can access the linked content.
