Workia trial Sites are going live!

The wait is finally over!

We're thrilled to announce the first release of Workia, a smarter way to manage employee mobility!

Here is our initial lineup of features to streamline your processes:

Initiate new cases with ease Track all new moves in Workia, say goodbye to lengthy initiation processes. With our easy case initiation feature, you may able to start a new case with just a few clicks. Learn more

Import existing employees and cases from spreadsheets: Move over your existing employees and case records with an import.

Out-of-the-box checklists for case management: Never skip important tasks! With our checklist feature, you can stay on top of your tasks while managing cases, ensuring nothing gets missed. Oh, and you can customize them, add adhoc tasks and setup alerts too.

Workday and BambooHR Integrations (with more coming soon): Sync employee and case information with our Workday and BambooHR integration. It's very simple to setup - see this help article for details.

Invite tracking, policy creation, dashboard drill in

Here's What's New!

Invite tracking - You can now see the activity status of users that you have invited, and track the sign-in for each user in the app.

Add and edit new case policies - Policies can now be customized! You can add a new policy and customize it on the Case details screen.

Drill into details on the Dashboard - You can now click in to the status cards in the Dashboard, to view cases.

Approvals, role management, email assistant, multi-language support, and a ton of other new features on launch day!

Here's What's New!

Approvals – Users can now draft and create approvals inside of a case and send them to approvers! The new feature allows you to complete approvals quickly and easily, whether it's for approving the cost of a relocation, exceptions or simply getting a decision made.

Role Management - You can now assign roles to your users and manage how they interact with the app. Mobility, Stakeholder, and Admin are the three new role types we're introducing.

Email Assistant - No need to write lengthy paragraphs! With our new AI feature, it analyzes each case information and creates personalized emails on demand.

Multi-language Support (BETA) - Workia now has multi-language support added! Current translations include Japanese and Portuguese. Let us know what you think!

Other Additions:

• New Social Security section added in case details.
• Hovering over a profile now shows a popover with the number of cases associated to the user.
• Added the ability to create new contact types in the Contacts section on the case details.
• Reworked the Communications section by implementing email threads to create a sleeker and more organized look.
• Reworked the Family section in the case details to add Passport details for each dependent.
• Tax section reworked, adding more tax types and now with the ability to opt for "Include in Tax Eligibility List" for each case record.
• Exporting records now includes additional sections to include when generating a report.
• The settings menu has moved under the profile icon.
• Improved light and dark mode theming.

• Location typeahead field reworked, and now shows better formatted locations.
