Ticket Improvements:
- You can now link tickets to specific sections on the case screen, providing a more detailed and organized view of the relationship between tickets and case details. This feature allows for easier navigation and better context management.
- We have made improvements to the sorting of tickets, now allowing you to easily prioritize and manage your tickets based on their status and the newest to oldest order.
Other Improvements:
- We have improved the formatting of company branding in emails. Upon uploading the logo will be automatically resized to the proper size for communications.
- We have updated the case creation process for collaborators. Now, they can create cases without the need to assign an owner. This simplifies case creation workflow.
- We have expanded the capabilities of our merge documents by adding new list components, such as Dependents, Contacts, Employee Passport, Cost Centers, and Organization Info.
- We have made several security improvements.
Fixes:
- We have resolved an issue where emails were not appearing in tasks; they do now.
