Workia Release Notes (20240823.2):
​Security Improvements:

• Released self-serve Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality via SAML 2.0, enhancing the security and convenience of accessing Workia. Enjoy a seamless and secure login experience with your existing company credentials.

Merge Template Improvements:

• Streamlined the process of selecting list components in email templates, ensuring users can easily choose specific items to include in their emails, improving personalization and efficiency

• Added the Employee Passport list component to merge documents, allowing you to include passport details in your documents.
• Added a special merge tag for the ticket creation email. Now you can include the unique email address associated with your Workia site in merge documents and email templates,
• Easily identify and update missing merge tags in your merge documents with our new highlight feature.

Other Improvements:

• Renamed "My Workia" to "Tickets & Tasks" for better clarity and easier navigation.

Fixes:.

• Fixed issue with Good & services Spendable Income line items showing on CE templates when they should not.
