Merge Template Improvements:

  • Added access to document template configuration when generating a new document on a case, making it quicker to edit/add templates.
  • Immediately preview a document after saving it as a PDF. This eliminates the need to download the document to view its content.
  • Merge documents and email templates now support merging data from allowances, payroll, social security and taxes.

Role Improvements:

  • We have introduced a new stakeholder role specifically for Immigration users. This role allows them to easily update information about the services they provide in one place, ensuring efficient collaboration and streamlined communication.
  • We have introduced a new stakeholder role specifically for Tax users. This role enables them to provide updates on the services they offer, ensuring effective communication and seamless collaboration.
  • We have updated the case creation process for collaborators, allowing them to create cases without the need to assign an owner.

Other Improvements:

  • Based on client feedback, we have enhanced the import process by adding the ability for users to bypass creating a checklist for a case during the import process. This is particularly useful when importing historical cases, as it prevents incomplete checklist tasks from appearing and ensures accurate reporting.
  • We have made the checklist action buttons more visible by making them always visible, eliminating the need to hover over them.

Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue where the number of tickets in a section on a case was adding up incorrectly.
  • We have resolved an issue with the Smart Upload action; it works correctly now.
