Product Improvements:

• Audit screens now group changes for easier tracking and a cleaner display.
• Case External ID can now be added to user-created reports.
• Docusign integration page now hides the RSA private key once its set.
• Merge tags are arranged more clearly when using the list component for Employee Passport, Taxes, and Social Security sections.

Fixes:

• Fixed an issue causing some emails sent from tickets to resend.
• Fixed an issue causing tickets to be duplicated when there was an error creating the ticket.
• Fixed issue with list merge tags not being able to be added to templates.
