New Feature: Automations

We're excited to introduce automated alerts and notifications in Workia! Set up notifications for events like case creation, email replies, approval updates, and document expirations.

💡We're expanding automation options based on your feedback - please message us in the app with any suggestions!


Product Improvements:

  • Be more personal - send plans, cost estimates, approvals and e-signature documents from your own email address (not the Workia one). The selector appears when you click share or send for approval.
  • It's easier to control employee visibility on comments, with the new employee visible checkbox.
  • New progress tracker! The case summary now displays the progress through the current status, based on the tasks in the checklist.
  • All system emails, even inactive users, are now shown in the requestor list for tickets.
  • Added an option to download both errors and warnings from imports in one file.
  • The case type dropdown on the case screen now show types by category, for better usability and organization.
  • Collaborators can now view flex benefit choices.
  • In the mobility manager app, we added incremental costs for Cost Estimations, added Employee identifiers, introduced the new logic for comments shared with the Employee, added the capacity to approve an Approval from the App.

Fixes:

  • Resolved an issue where the requestor didn’t appear immediately on new tickets.
  • Fixed a bug allowing Docusign signature blocks to appear side by side with better spacing.
  • Fixed an issue where destination job grade wouldn’t save with special characters.
  • Corrected a bug allowing negative family sizes.
