Workia Release Notes (20250411.3)

Cost Estimate Improvements:

• Long term assignment equalised and gross-up templates now include additional optional line items: Misc Taxable 2, Misc Taxable 3, Misc Non-Taxable 2, Misc Non-Taxable 3, Per Diem, Housing Allowance, and Rental Car Allowance.
• Short Term templates now include Housing Lease, Spousal/Family Allowance, and additional items.
• Permanent transfer templates now include Mobility Premium, COLA, Education Allowance, Hardship Allowance.
• Updated the color scheme of the PDF cost estimate report to a more neutral palette, as not everyone was a fan of the purple tones.

Product Improvements:

• Enhanced emails to inform you when an email fails to send successfully from Workia. When sending an email in Workia fails, the user is notified of the failure along with the reason.

Fixes:

• Fixed an issue related to the Outlook plugin not loading properly.
• Fixed an issue related to reports with pivots not filtering correctly.
• Fixed an issue with revoking temporary admin access.
