New Dashboard - Program Management

Program Management lets you quickly surface gaps in your process and outdated data with four powerful insights:

• Case Status Issues: Highlight cases whose current status doesn’t line up with their key dates, so you can take corrective action.
• Open Approvals: See which approval requests are still awaiting sign-off, in order to follow up directly with the responsible approver.
• Services Not Ordered: Help ensure that as a case start approaches you are initiating services based on your configured process.
• Pending Tasks: Track all outstanding tasks—whether in the current phase or any previous phase of a move—to ensure every step of your process is completed.

Product Improvements

• You can now link a ticket to an existing plan or create a new plan directly within the ticket modal.

• The Cost Estimate PDF report now includes your configured company logo at the top left of the first page.

• You can now see the history of when temporary admin access was granted, expired and revoked.

Fixes

• The first version of the custom logo that appears in the top left of the app was a bit small, we've increased the size - but you will need to upload your image again to get a bigger version.
• Fixed an issue with CC and BCC fields when using Gmail integration.
• Fixed an issue where sometimes the Cost Estimate section on a case would show 0 even when the primary cost estimate was calculated.
