Workia Release Notes (20250509.4)

​Product Improvements:

• You can now adjust the security access of existing case documents on the case screen.
• Added an employee visibility option on all existing document security controls, for more granular control over document sharing.
• Updated the Program Management Dashboard visibility rights, this is now restricted to Admins and Mobility users only (i.e. no longer accessible to HR Collaborators).
• Updated Collaborator access to ensure they can only view checklist items assigned to them on the case details screen (so they cannot see internal mobility tasks).
• Updated Collaborator access to no longer be able to view the detailed view of a cost estimate within planner.
• Updated the size of logos on Cost Estimate PDF reports so they do not appear really tiny.
• Changed the case search functionality to open case records in the same tab instead of a new tab, for improved user experience on slow networks.
• When a case is canceled all of your open checklist items will now be marked N/A to save having to manually tick them all to get them to disappear.

Fixes:

• Fixed an issue preventing using an approver if the email exists but first/last name is empty.
• Fixed various issues with Cost Estimate line item visibility for older cost estimates.
• Fixed an issue where emails with no subject wouldn't create tickets.
