Workia Release Notes (20250516.4)

General Improvements:

  • You can now use email templates in tickets - helping to automate and standardise replies in tickets.
  • Introduced three new cost estimate line items related to storage of employee goods:
    - Long Term Storage
    - Storage in Transit - Origin
    - Storage in Transit - Destination

Workia Mobility Mobile App

  • Users can now login using their SSO credentials when enabled in their account;
  • New green theme for those who like green a lot: Sprout is now available;
  • Improved Japanese translations;
  • Users can now remove contacts from Approvals, Case Contacts
  • Added a new page to be displayed when the user device is experiencing network issues
  • Introduced the new logic for Documents shared with Employee, users can now choose who can see Documents.
  • Fixed various issues related to annual penetration testing.
  • Fixed an issue of not see your username on the Home page in some cases;
  • Solved an issue where users could filter Cases by deactivated case types;
  • Solved an issue causing the same file to be uploaded twice when dropping multiple comments;
  • Solved an issue where Automation push notifications would not redirect correctly to Mobility Case
  • Android: fixed an issue causing the splash page to be displayed oddly stretched;

Workia Employee Mobile App

  • Employees can now login using SSO, when enabled in their account;
  • A new green theme: Sprout is now available;
  • Users can now manage the links displayed in their footer from their Settings;
  • Added a new page to be displayed when the user's device is experiencing network issues.
  • We’ve update the app to make sure that the new documents security settings apply to the Employee Mobile experience: Only documents tagged as visible to employee are visible. All documents uploaded by the Employee are now set as visible to the Case + Employee.
  • Fixed various issues related to annual penetration testing.
  • Solved an issue where completed Tasks were not always refreshing correctly when navigating through tabs.

Fixes:

  • Fixed issues on several date fields related to time zones not being respected.
  • Fixed an issue where cases were not reflecting the correct case data on initial screen load when using search to navigate.
  • Fixed various issues related to annual penetration testing.
  • Updated document count indicators to accurately reflect the documents accessible based on user roles.
