Workia Release Notes (20250523.3)

Ticket and Plans

• You can now create plans from tickets and tickets from plans. This helps to join all steps together. For example:
• This business emails 'tickets@..' to create a ticket and ask how much a move will cost: You can now create a plan directly from the ticket and it will be automatically linked.
• You have created a plan and want to track questions or get vendor advice around that plan: You can now create tickets related to the plan.

General enhancements

• You can now control visibility of comment attachments to employees, in line with the other document security features we've been adding.
• Addressed various security improvements as part of Workia annual penetration testing.

Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where creating a custom case type by copying did not copy checklist items into the correct status.
• Fixed an issue that prevented allowance fields from being removed from initiation templates once added.

Workia Employee App

• We’ve improved the Terms and Conditions displayed on first login, using the shortened version available on the web app.
• New Theme: Slate is now available.
• Security improvements following yearly PenTest.

Workia Mobility App

• Users can now share Cost Estimates and switch between currencies in Cost Estimates.
• We’ve added the ability to regenerate the checklist when the case type is changed.
• Automation Alerts are now available, users can consult alerts from the Home Page and from each case, and receive push notifications from Automations.
• New Theme: Slate is now available.
• Minor UI improvements on Case page following user feedback.
• Security improvements following yearly PenTest.
• Fixed an issue where latency would cause case search results to differ from the web app.
