Bring your own data! (AirInc)

• We've added the ability for you to import your own subscription data from AirInc to be used in Cost Estimates. If you'd like to use this feature reach out to us via the help chat.

Product Improvements:

• Updated the Cost Estimate PDF report to include the case type instead of the tax policy.
• Improved the speed for saved cost estimates to load.
• Improved the employee invitation email template to include a URL for desktop login (if they don't want to use the employee app).
• Updated the design for configuring logos to simplify the process and enhance user experience.
• Reduced the employee information shown when a Stakeholder Initiator is creating a new case.

Workia Employee Mobile App

• We’ve updated the app so the new Stakeholder Initiator role can enjoy it.
• iOS: Security improvements following yearly PenTest.

Workia Mobility - Mobile App

• Approvals: We’ve added the capacity to create Approvals and enabled the quick links to create approvals from tasks.
• Services: We’ve added the capacity to Initiate Services; this includes the display of Integration History for connected providers, but excludes the capacity to trigger the Integrations themselves.
• Flex Benefits are now displayed when available
• We’ve updated the app to make sure the new role Stakeholder Initiator can enjoy it.
• iOS Security improvements following yearly PenTest.
• We fixed a minor issue with Approval updates not being displayed immediately after changes took place.

Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where Stakeholders and Stakeholder initiators were unable to update their personal information.
• Fixed an issue where you did not get proper validation when changing between cost estimate types.
• Fixed an issue with imports failing.
