Workia Release Notes (20250704.4)
Updates to reporting:
- We have updated the reporting tool, it looks mostly the same, but it now does a lot more.
- You can now include additional tables in reports that are connected to the original table multiple levels away. Examples include:
◦ Mobility Case - Employee Annual Salary
◦ Mobility Case - Dependents
◦ Mobility Case - Employee Identifiers
- If there are tables you cannot see but want to use, let us know through the in-app help.
- You can now concatenate fields together into a single column, allowing you to create columns such as the full name, or values that include amount and currency.
- In general, the performance of reports has been improved.
General Improvements:
Fixes:
- Fixed an issue preventing AI reports from generating.
- Fixed an issue related to Word shapes in merge documents not allowing the merge document to load.
- Fixed an issue where clearing filters caused Case Alerts to appear on the Trip Alerts list.
- Fixed an issue with SLAs showing for some roles but on hover causing an error.
