Product Improvements

• More task automation - due dates and reminders can now be set automatically. You can specify due dates relative to Task Start, Case Initiation, Case Start, or Case End and set reminders for upcoming due dates.
• Added new fields to Allowance Records:

৹ Payment Type - One Time Payment or Recurring Payment.

৹ Approved for Payment Checkbox, to improve payroll controls.

• EY Integration has been updated to enforce new required fields during initiation, including Start Date, Home Employee ID, Origin Country, Destination Country, Home Company Name, and Host Company Name.
• Updated Oracle HCM Integration so you can update automatically without requesting access

New: Talent Opportunity Planner (TOP) is now available to trial upon request. TOP lets your line managers and HR teams create talent opportunities, to assess costs, get approvals, compare candidates and help mobility provide a more guided planning experience. Fixes

• Fixed an issue where immigration suppliers would see an error (“Oops”) on the case compensation section.
• Resolved a bug with Workday integration that caused org level values to duplicate during initiation when the start date of the case is in the past.
• Addressed a visual bug where the globe icon in the org info section did not appear immediately after adding a new value.
• Cleaned up the top menu for non-mobility/admin users.

New Feature: Batch Compensation Calculations

• You can now run multiple compensation calculations at once with the new Batch Compensation Calculations feature!
• This enables you to quickly update multiple case records for salary changes, allowance updates, annual reviews or any other compensation adjustments.
• The new and previous compensation totals are shown side by side so you can easily identify and understand any significant differences in the calculations.
• Find this feature under a new Compensation menu item at the top of the page:

Some features have moved or changed:

• Expenses have moved from the People screen to the new Compensation screen (see compensation top menu).
• The Dashboard screen has been renamed Analytics in the top menu.

Improvements

• Networking tweaks have been made to help some clients who were seeing new pages load slowly. If your pages are not zippy, something is blocking Workia, let us know by message in the app.

• Fixed an issue preventing company documents from being deleted when they are referenced in a checklist.
• Fixed an issue causing an error during initiations when flex benefits were being used.

Coming Soon

There are no new features this week, but here’s an early heads-up on a couple of changes coming in the next few weeks. You’ll still receive the usual release notification when they go live — this is simply advance notice in case you need to inform stakeholders.

What’s changing:

New 'Compensation' menu

• A new Compensation section will be added to the top menu.
• Expenses will move into this section.
• The upcoming Batch Compensation Calculations feature will also be located here.

Dashboards renamed

The Dashboards menu will be renamed Analytics.

• Fixed an issue where locked compensation calculations could not be unlocked.
• Fixed an issue where document links were missing in policy query results, ensuring users can now navigate to the documents referenced in the results.
• Resolved a problem where AI generated reports would remain stuck on loading, meaning reports now finish processing and display correctly.

Product Improvements

• You can now (optionally) map organization data types to values, so that you only see valid options based on the type selected. For example, you can map Home Legal Entity to only show home legal entities, previously all values showed.
• Ecosystem Integrations with suppliers using the Equus Platform have been updated to support document attachments for all service initiations.
• Case Audit History now shows when updates to the case record are made by HRIS integration, email, or supplier, in addition to those made by the mobility team.

​New Feature: Case Milestones

• You can now add milestones to your checklists, providing users with clear progress for key events and deliverables.
• Milestones appear in the case checklist and they also appear on the new timeline view, to give you a visual overview of a case's progress.
• The new milestone timeline view is also visible to Stakeholders, Stakeholder Initiators, Collaborators, Suppliers, Tax, and Immigration users (where they have access to the case.)

Product Improvements

• AI Policy Picker (Beta) for Case Initiation is now available as a beta feature. The policy picker allows you to use AI chat to determine the best policy for a move. It is shipped turned off. Follow help here for details on how to try the preview version. Please let us know what you think through the help messenger.
• Planner is now called Plans. Along with the new name, we’ve slightly updated the plan creation flow to make it more conventional. When you click on plans, you now see your previously saved plans first. To create a new plan, click the + button.
• For those who have access to immigration and social security information under the plans tool (previously called planner), we have updated the social security information, including adding 9 new countries and the quarterly immigration update is also complete.

• The Workday integration has been updated, with the addition of the following new fields:

• Workday Integration is now available in Case Initiations. Meaning you can search for an employee when creating an initiation and pull back their info from Workday. For those with Workday integration already on, there is a new setting to turn on.
• We updated how Workia manages home and host job details through the Workday integration. Position data received from Workday at the time of case creation is now treated as origin information. Any updates made to the Workday position after the case has started are treated as destination information and updated accordingly. This ensures a clearer distinction between origin and destination data and improves the accuracy of ongoing updates from Workday.
• Users can now view the full list of required inputs needed to establish a connection with SAP directly within Workia.

• Bonus information saved in the case record will now automatically feed into cost estimate and compensation calculations.
• Signed e-signature documents now save the full PDF to Workia, with all documents that were included in the signing envelope.

• Fixed an icon overlap issue on the policy query interface when resizing the screen.

• Equus Tax Engine has been updated to version 26.1
• Admin users are now able to delete emails
• Where emails had some formatting removed for security reasons (as is common in Outlook), you can now choose to allow formatting to load when viewing the email.
• We updated visibility of AI disclaimers across various AI features, to please our legal colleagues.
• The case checklist task modal has been rearranged, so it's more like tickets and easier to use (we hope).

Fixes

• Fixed an issue causing the Malaysian Citizen tax position to incorrectly display for US cases.
• Addressed a bug where changing the plan type in Planner CE resulted in losing CE data.
• Corrected the task history reporting for group associations and task progress updates.

• Following last week's update to allow checklist tasks to start automatically when a prior task is completed, tasks can now also start automatically based on a time period (e.g. 1 days after..).
• Reformatted line item names in the compensation calculation report to make them easier to read.
• Output numbers in the compensation calculation report will now appear rounded to ensure consistency with actual calculations.
• Added email notifications to group members when a task is assigned to their group.
• Air Inc out of the box data has been updated.

• Fixed an issue that caused the documents section on supplier initiations to duplicate the tab when changing values in the service initiation wizard.

• Checklist tasks can now start automatically, based on a previous task completing. You can set conditions on checklist templates (including who they assign themselves to).
• Upon request, we can now uncover all Equus Tax Engine tax positions, to provide extreme flexibility in setting tax treatment. Contact us in the help chat to have the switch flipped.
• Stakeholders and collaborators can now see tasks assigned to a group, if they are a member of said group.
• Added 20,000 more locations to the location pickers.

Fixes

• Resolved a bug that displayed a "No Data" warning for the Spousal Allowance.
• The faulty lock on calculations has been repaired.
