​Merge Template Improvements:

• Specify the 'to' and 'cc' contacts to use in email templates.

• The checklist action buttons are now more visible and intuitive, making it easier for you to manage your tasks efficiently.

Fixes:

• Previously, there was a limitation on the number of list components in merge documents. This has been removed, allowing you to include as many list components as needed.

Cost Estimate Improvements:

• Introduced the ability to override the name of cost estimate line items, allowing you to customize them to align with your specific business processes.
• New cost estimate template line items: Language training, excess baggage fees, managed service fees, relocation provider fees. All added as inactive. (In future releases you will be able to set the default value at a template level, for now, you have to enter each time.)

Reporting Improvements:

• Now you can create charts based on your data.
• The AI visualization feature has been updated to use the new reporting functionality. Users can simply ask in plain text for the report they want and AI will assist in creating it.

Merge Template Improvements:

• Added access to document template configuration when generating a new document on a case, making it quicker to edit/add templates.
• Immediately preview a document after saving it as a PDF. This eliminates the need to download the document to view its content.
• Merge documents and email templates now support merging data from allowances, payroll, social security and taxes.

Role Improvements:

• We have introduced a new stakeholder role specifically for Immigration users. This role allows them to easily update information about the services they provide in one place, ensuring efficient collaboration and streamlined communication.
• We have introduced a new stakeholder role specifically for Tax users. This role enables them to provide updates on the services they offer, ensuring effective communication and seamless collaboration.
• We have updated the case creation process for collaborators, allowing them to create cases without the need to assign an owner.

Other Improvements:

• Based on client feedback, we have enhanced the import process by adding the ability for users to bypass creating a checklist for a case during the import process. This is particularly useful when importing historical cases, as it prevents incomplete checklist tasks from appearing and ensures accurate reporting.
• We have made the checklist action buttons more visible by making them always visible, eliminating the need to hover over them.

Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where the number of tickets in a section on a case was adding up incorrectly.
• We have resolved an issue with the Smart Upload action; it works correctly now.

Merge Template Improvements:

• Streamlined the process of selecting list components in email templates, ensuring users can easily choose specific items to include in their emails, improving personalization and efficiency

• Added the Employee Passport list component to merge documents, allowing you to include passport details in your documents.

• Added a new input to the household goods shipments line items, allowing users to select the container size (20ft or 40ft) for their move.
• Updated the line items for Home Leave Reimbursements to include an input for the number of trips offered.
• Added the tax calculation method on the screen for short-term and permanent transfer cost estimates to help users easily understand the tax treatment for cost estimates.

Other Improvements:

• Documents can now be attached to emails sent from the services screen.
• Users can now save merge documents as PDFs. Additionally, the ability to add comments to created merge documents enhances collaboration and document management within Workia.
• We have made several security improvements.

Fixes:

• Fixed issue preventing users from reordering their checklist items.
• Fixed issue where a screen refresh was required to view newly created tickets on a case.

• You can now link tickets to specific sections on the case screen, providing a more detailed and organized view of the relationship between tickets and case details. This feature allows for easier navigation and better context management.

• We have made improvements to the sorting of tickets, now allowing you to easily prioritize and manage your tickets based on their status and the newest to oldest order.

Other Improvements:

• We have improved the formatting of company branding in emails. Upon uploading the logo will be automatically resized to the proper size for communications.
• We have updated the case creation process for collaborators. Now, they can create cases without the need to assign an owner. This simplifies case creation workflow.
• We have expanded the capabilities of our merge documents by adding new list components, such as Dependents, Contacts, Employee Passport, Cost Centers, and Organization Info.
• We have made several security improvements.

Fixes:

• We have resolved an issue where emails were not appearing in tasks; they do now.

Email Branding:

• We have added the ability to add your own company logo to all system generated emails. Now, system emails will display your logo instead of the default Workia logo, giving your communications a personalized touch.

Reporting Leaps:

• We are thrilled to announce that our highly anticipated advanced report builder feature is now in Beta. With the report builder, you have the flexibility to create customized reports tailored to your specific needs.

Lists in Document Templates:

• We have introduced a new feature that allows users to select the specific items from a list when creating merge documents that contain list merge tags. This simplifies the process of customizing documents and ensures that only relevant information is included.
• We have added additional merge tags, including legal entities.

Integration:

• We have updated the authentication process for Vialto integration to reduce the amount of data required, to make connecting even simpler.

Fixes:.

• Fixed issue with tickets created via email, where the sender was not a Workia user.

Import Improvements:

• You can now add a comment to a case via import. Comments added through import will be automatically set to internal, allowing for seamless case management and efficient communication.
• Imports now support the ability to only import new records, import new records or update if a record is found and update records only. This allows for greater control of importing data, ensuring the correct data is created or updated.

Other Improvements:

• Replies to emails now include the full history of the email thread, providing recipients with the complete context of the conversation. Stay informed and easily follow the email communication flow, even when you are copied in.
• Updated the look of documents attached to comments, for consistency with email attachments
• Updated cost estimates to version 24.3 of the Equus Tax Engine.
• Updated the collaborator role to support ticket management, including My Workia updates and creating tickets.

Fixes:

• Fixed an issue where the tax treatment was not saving properly on cost estimate templates.
• Fixed issues with Stakeholders not being able to see user details when hovering over profile icons and not being able to download items that have been shared with them.
• Fixed an issue where the current theme was not always honouring a user's preference.
• Fixed a bug where uploaded documents were not attaching to emails when sending.
• Fixed issue preventing employee email address changes from being saved.

• Users can now easily copy email addresses anywhere an email appears, such as sending an email or viewing a person's profile card,
• The current user now shows at the top of all user drop-downs, making it quicker to select yourself.

​New role - Collaborator:

• A new role for colleagues outside of mobility, to whom you want to give greater access. Collaborators have visibility into all cases, but cannot change case information. They can also create plans, reports, tickets and new cases.

Other Improvements:

• Added the ability to sort drop down lists. For example, sort the order of approval types, or allowances.
• It's now possible to add logos to Workia generated documents, simply paste the image into the document editor.

Fixes:

• Fixed a bug where document templates with images failed to save.

Ticket SLAs:

• You can now track Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for tickets. Users can configure SLAs and automatically calculate response and resolution times based on defined parameters.

Notifications:

• Now you can set your personal preferences for certain email and internal notifications. Click on your profile for more information.

Other changes:

• Negative numbers are now supported in the allowance and actuals sections.
• We have introduced a new "Tax only" case type, specifically designed for tracking tax obligations.
• Fixed an issue when typing an email address into the 'to/cc' fields for an email, to make sure the address is loaded correctly.
• Fixed a bug where document templates with images failed to load, causing the site to hang and refresh.
