New Feature: The Workia Gmail Add-in

• You can now seamlessly manage your Workia mobility cases and communications from within Gmail. The add-in can be installed from within the Google Workspace Marketplace: https://workspace.google.com/marketplace/app/workia_for_gmail/161424371166.

Product Improvements

• You can now report on compensation calculation data.
• Cost estimate and compensation calculation line items that use data provider data now show when provider data is missing for the locations of the calculation.
• You can now add a default associated group for checklist items on the template. e.g. A 'tax team' can be associated to tax tasks and the tax team can be a group of users.
• We updated locations to include additional information about administrative areas to provide clarity when 2 cities have the same name but their administrative area is different.

Product Improvements

• Tasks can now be automatically assigned to owners (e.g. line manager, immigration person), when a checklist is created. For contacts to be magically allocated, they need to be specified in the initiation process.
• You can now associate a group to a checklist item, allowing all members of the group to see the item.

• Fixed an issue related the the performance of the program management dashboard.
• Updated the tax engine to version 25.6.1: United Kingdom Social Security - Corrected the social security calculation when the 52-week rule applies, to fix an issue with prorating.

• We have introduced a feature that supports batch creation of service orders, as a one time event, for when you move to Workia and want to connect all your existing cases to the existing cases in vendor systems.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue where email templates could not be selected when selecting reply all to an email.
• Fixed an issue where it was possible for duplicate tickets to be created when using the ticket creation email.
• Fixed an issue with expense violations not refreshing immediately when updating settings.

• Improved the results of AI generated reports and added the ability to select what type of report you would like.

• Enhanced the dashboard to recognize new case status values, including "Extended" and "Repatriating."
• Updated email templates to prevent words wrapping at the end of a line.

• You can now reply and forward emails when viewing an email that was created from a thread (Previously, reply all was the only option.)
• It's now free to use flex choices in initiations - the cost estimate credit is no longer decremented when users create choices.

• Fixed an issue where users could not select approvers if they lacked a user profile.
• Fixed an issue causing the Employee List to not redirect correctly to the selected case.
• Fixed missing translations for comment mention notifications across multiple languages.

• We have changed the way sub-menus show, to make them more visible:

• Added new service types of Social Security and Managed Service to the supplier directory.
• The tickets screen now automatically filters out closed tickets to reduce clutter. You can show them again by changing the filter.
• If you have updated expense violation rules, you can manually apply them to existing expenses.
• Collaborators can now view and manage their own expense reports.
• PDF expense receipts can now be uploaded.

Fixes

• Fixed an issue that caused approvers with specific roles to be unable to approve approvals.
• Corrected the behavior of the compensation calculation reason field to ensure it saves and displays correctly.
• Fixed issues with supplier initiation data not being respected when unchecked.

• You can now designate a case status as "Repatriating" when it is in the process of repatriation. This new status will be displayed in the case status list, allowing for better tracking of cases in this phase.
• You can now add reasons for changes (e.g. Promotion) in the header of Compensation Calculations.
• Cost estimates and compensation calculations can now be copied, making it easier to create variants.
• Improved the cost estimate and compensation calculation header to display the template used to create the calculation.
• Improved Global Search logic to consider cases as more relevant.

Fixes

• Resolved an issue that created multiple cost estimates when using the back button on the browser after creating an estimate.
• Fixed a bug related to email integration that did not notify users when the email sending session had expired.
• Addressed a problem with Mercer calculations where rent and utilities amounts were incorrectly displaying annual values instead of monthly values.
