Product Improvements:

  • Updates to enhance the table formatting in merge documents and email templates, preventing unexpected resizing of merged cells and ensuring consistent shading
  • Added an option to select email templates for replies in the communications section.
  • Included more key dates on the home page calendar, such as Social Security expiration, family passport expiration, allowance start/end dates, and payroll start/end dates.
  • Users can now copy existing tax, immigration, social security, and organization info records.
  • Removed the ticket creation email from "reply all" to prevent additional tickets.
  • Updated AirInc data for Costa Rica.

  • Fixed an issue on the cost estimate PDF report where it displayed the incorrect salary currency and family size/accompanying info.

Checklist Task Types and SLAs

  • Checklists now support types of tasks, allowing you to categorize checklist items by type for grouping of similar items.
  • Task types also support SLA tracking, to monitor timeliness of tasks.

  • Updated field names in the reporting section for Organization, Immigration, Approval Requests, Taxes, Allowances, Payroll, Actuals, and Contacts for clarity.
  • Enhanced pivot table functionality to allow users to select multiple fields for a pivoted list.
  • Enhanced pivot table functionality turn multiple rows into columns from multiple tables in report building.
  • Docusign: The email address has been added to the Select Signers modal and Signature details drawer on the case profile page.
  • Admins can now change user email/username to correct personal or company email issues.

Workia Release Notes (20241129.4)

Improvements:

  • Better reporting for data that's stored as lists - for example, allowances, organization data etc. You can now change reports to show records as columns instead of rows, making it easier to report on cases and related data in one row. Currently, only one table can be pivoted. This is the first version - ping us in the app with any questions or suggestions.
  • Added the ability to include multiple signers for e-signature documents.
  • You can now adjust the order of e-signature signers before sending.
  • Employee information changes are now logged for audit and can be viewed in the case audit screen
  • Approvals with approved status can now be reopened, allowing them to return to "In Progress" for further editing and adding new approvers.

Fixes:

  • Resolved spacing issues in downloaded PDF and .doc documents to ensure consistency with the view you see in the app.

Audit History - New (in BETA)

  • You can now view a change history for cases and tickets. This lets you see updates made and entries created and deleted, starting 10 November 2024. See this article for more information.

Other Improvements:

  • You can now add a fixed email address (like a group inbox) to an email template, as well as set an email address for a specific contact type.
  • Stakeholders can now create tickets from the "My Tickets" screen on their view.
  • A new setting has been added to the Administration on the Company Info tab. It lets you control email confirmations when creating tickets via Workia. You can now remove the ticket ID from the email or turn off email notifications entirely.
  • You can now edit an existing user's profile while creating a new case, this is helpful where users have been partially created via automation.

Fixes:

  • Improved page load times after login, reducing the need for manual refreshes.
  • Fixed an issue where changes to cost estimate override comments weren’t saving after the first update.
  • Fixed the size issue with the top card on the service screen.
  • Fixed an issue where the data concierge sometimes appeared for users with the collaborator role.
  • Fixed an issue preventing users added as approvers from being invited to Workia.
  • Fixed an issue preventing mobility role users from creating, editing, or deleting merge documents or email templates.
  • Fixed an issue where all location information wasn’t copied to a case created from a saved plan.
  • Fixed an issue where renaming a copied checklist template affected the original case type template.
  • Fixed an issue where you couldn't save or share a plan when the first type supports cost estimates and you switch to a type that doesn't.
